mattf f53bfb3887 Added "Agent Call Hangup Route" campaign settings, allowing you to send calls that an agent is finished with to a Call Menu, In-Group or a pre-recorded message before hanging up the call. 
NOTE: After upgrading your system, be sure to set each dialer to "Rebuild conf files" = 'Y' for this feature to work properly.
Changed year in admin screens to 2023.

mattf 8fbb6fb44d Added 24-Hour Called Count Limit campaign feature, allows you to limit the number of calls to be placed to a phone number or lead in a 24-hour time period. Also allows for state-based override settings. For more information, read the CALL_COUNT_LIMITS.txt doc.
