mikec 969e1c660d Added a features.conf.sample that has Asterisk's blind transfer ability effectively disabled. 
Made install.pl install features.conf.sample if the user selects to install Asterisk config samples.

mattf fd49dd9af6 Added option for ip_relay in install.pl and keepalive script(and in astguiclient.conf) to be used for blind monitoring of agents.
