mattf 3e2041ddbd Allow the changing of the queue priority of an inbound call while the call is in queue 
Changed the example iax.conf and sip.conf to default to context=trunkinbound to prevent unauthenticated calls on insecure phone accounts

Fixed queue priority in outbound auto-dial calls when agents have not selected to take calls from all allowed in-groups in a campaign
Added delete_lead option to the update_lead function in the Non-Agent api
Added a GROUP column to the Remote Agents listing in admin.php
Changed the new 3rd gen lead loader to the default, with a link to the old one
Fixed FORM bug when no script is used in vicidial.php

mattf 8b0825fd5e Added Wait Time options to in-groups. This is different from the Estimated Hold Time options because this is based only on the customer wait time. Also, second and third options were added for both allow the offering of a press 1, 2 and 3 option in the wait/hold time option features

mattf 2f2e5dc01c Added Non-Agent API function for updating leads: update_lead 
Allows for searching by lead_id, vendor_lead_code and phone_number as well as the ability to insert a new lead if no results found. Works with custom fields as well.

mattf 3d9e8770d3 changed agent manual alt phone dialing to use a new vicidial_agent_lgo record for each call, status set to ALTNUM for all but the last calls and pause code(sub_status) set to ANDIAL for all but the first entry.

mattf c675a59d33 deactivated the SO agent search option, replaced it with LO 
Changed "After hours", "No agent no queue" and "drop timeout reached" DROPs to use AFTHRS/NANQUE/TIMEOT statuses respectively
Added an option to record calls that enter through a DID until they end or enter an in-group queue
Added ability to have AGENTDIRECT calls that drop go to user's defined voicemail box

mattf 325d5bcce8 Added an agent API function to update vicidial_list fields and the field values in the agent screen on-the-fly for the agent's current call. 
Added timer action options to campaigns and in-groups allowing a message, webform or D1/D2-dial to happen at a specified number of seconds after the customer connects to the agent. Also, an API callw as added for this
updated the Vtiger 5.1.0 patch
