Changed the AST_flush_DBqueue.pl script to only need to run from one server in a cluster
Fixed an issue on some systems with MANUAL dial method hotkey usage in vicidial.php
Changed non-agent-api agent stats export function to use case-insensitive user IDs and include all pauses
update docs
some small formatting changes and bug fixes
