The PREFIX check will make sure the fourth digit of the phone number is not a 0 or a 1. The AREACOE check will ensure that the first 3 digits of the phone number is a valid North American areacode. The NANPA PREFIX check will use the optional NANPA database to check for valid areacode and 3-digit prefixes, this database is not included by default. Default is disabled.</QXZ>
