For inbound calls, the gateway recordings can be tied to the original DID Log entry and UniqueID of the call on the VICIdial system. Depending on how complex the inbound call routing is, the gateway recording may also be able to be tied to a Lead ID.
To view the Inbound and Outbound Gateway recordings in your VICIdial web admin screens, add a user with the ID of "GATEWAY" and the recordings will show up under that user.
