mattf 18bd1e2b44 Allow the changing of the queue priority of an inbound call while the call is in queue 
Changed the example iax.conf and sip.conf to default to context=trunkinbound to prevent unauthenticated calls on insecure phone accounts

mattf b2d79cddab Changed numerous files to give VICIDIAL the ability to quickly update conf files(And reload Asterisk) depending on settings in the VICIDIAL admin interface. For more information please look at the ASTERISK_CONF-GEN.txt file.
