; ATTENTION VICIDIAL ADMINS:
; The follow effectively disables the built in blind transfer feature of Asterisk.
; This sets it to a DTMF tone that asterisk cannot even process, that is only available
; on certain telco style test sets. This does NOT disable the VICIDIAL blind transfer
; abilityi as this is implemented through other means. If you are using your VICIDIAL
; server as PBX you may want to comment this out. Be aware however that this can make
; it so that anyone can transfer the call to anyone else that is allowed by your dialplan.
; IE someone you have called could transfer the call to a their mother, the Pope, or
; a 900 number if you do not have your dialplan carefully setup.
