mattf 36276f9b69 Added DID remote agent extension override entries allowing for inbound calls that are routed to remote agents being able to have DID-specific extensions that a call would be routed to instead of the remote agent extension. 
Added 9 new User permissions to allow access to specific Admin sections like Vociemail Music-on-hold and 7 others individually.

Lead ID can now be preserved on calls coming from auto-dial or in-groups that go through call menus and back into an in-group.
