mattf af2d33c881 added campaign option to allow for restriction of manual dialing to only the leads within the lists for the active campaigns
added option (for IE users only) to copy a field to the agent computer's clipboard upon a call being sent to an agent
added new method for alternate number dialing, allowing over 65,000 alternate numbers per lead. Leads must be loaded using the CLI lead loader
