mattf f53bfb3887 Added "Agent Call Hangup Route" campaign settings, allowing you to send calls that an agent is finished with to a Call Menu, In-Group or a pre-recorded message before hanging up the call. 
NOTE: After upgrading your system, be sure to set each dialer to "Rebuild conf files" = 'Y' for this feature to work properly.
Changed year in admin screens to 2023.

mattf dd66ba053d Added audio_store_GSM_allowed vicidial/options.php setting. Disabled GSM file uploads to the Audio Store by default. 
Disabled the PLAY link in the Audio Store for BAD FORMAT WAV files.
Added User setting to allow download of bad format WAV files.
