mattf 43363f5785 Added the ability to login with the agent dial-in AGI script only using user and not password, as well as verifying against contact_information instead of vicidial_users, also option to route through call menu instead of redirecting to agent session

Added ability in the cm_lookup.agi script to log user/comments with the agent ID entered in the Agent dial-in AGI script as well as an option to log the call's uniqueid to the address3 field
