mikec f33e205fac New FTP transfer script. 
Supports limits to the number of files to transfer and list from a directory.
Can take FTP connection info from the command line.
Can take a list of campaigns or ingroups that are to be transfered.
Can specify which type of ping to use when double checking that the server actually exists.

mikec dcde0fb24f Fixed a bug that could cause seemingly random crashes. Apparently asterisk can have sip requests where the owner of the request is null. When we try and throw the 
channel information for the null owner it would crashed. Added a check which accounts for this. If the owner is null we throw UNKNOWN for the callerid uniqueid and 
channel.

mikec 2f4f465c39 OpenSuSE install scripts have too many errors and we are working on better ones. 
In the process of changing sip-silence to quicksilence as it works with more than just sip.
Created quicksilence in multiple formats to avoid transcoding it.

mikec 32af9c8ff4 Created the viciagi.pm library and moved the agi functions out of vicidial.pm. 
Updated the vicilib-testcode.pl to test both libraries.
Removed the GMT_USA_zip.txt and phone_codes_GMT.txt files as they are not downloaded from phonecodes.vicidial.com
Changed ADMIN_area_code_populate.pl so that it pulls the GMT_USA_zip.txt and phone_codes_GMT.txt files rom phonecodes.vicidial.com so we can update the data after a release incase area code data changes. This means that users do not need to update to the latest vicidial code to get changes to the area code data.

mikec 8708f901b6 Added a features.conf.sample that has Asterisk's blind transfer ability effectively disabled. 
Made install.pl install features.conf.sample if the user selects to install Asterisk config samples.

mikec 5c155973ba Created lib directory to hold vicidial library files. 
Moved vicidial.pm to the lib directory.
Created vicilib-testcode.pl to test the new vicidial.pm library.
Fixed vicidail.pm so it is no longer experimental.

mikec a4ab9796b4 Changed all instances of waitfor('/0\n$/') to waitfor('/[01]\n$/') in all perl scripts that login to the Asterisk manager interface. This allows the scripts to connect to the 1.1 manager interface in Asterisk 1.6.
