mattf 02a8684f02 Added option for ip_relay in install.pl and keepalive script(and in astguiclient.conf) to be used for blind monitoring of agents.

mikec a4ab9796b4 Changed all instances of waitfor('/0\n$/') to waitfor('/[01]\n$/') in all perl scripts that login to the Asterisk manager interface. This allows the scripts to connect to the 1.1 manager interface in Asterisk 1.6.

mattf 1e06cb9f24 added gender to vicidial.php. It was alredy passing as a hidden field this change allows the value to be changed. Shows up as gender_list field in the display as a select list.

mattf 203c6a501d Added default_xfer_group to in-groups and campaigns 
Added allowable transfer groups(xfer_groups) to campaign detail screen
Changed around the transfer section of the vicidial.php agent screen to work with default transfer groups as well as allowable transfer groups for a campaign and a pull-down menu for Local Closer. Internal Closer has been removed because it is no longer necessary.
