mattf edb88a8fec Added Local Call Time option for Lists to further restrict call times already set in the campaign.(issue #812) 
Added Manual Dial Lead Search Filter option to limit the search of manual dials to within one campaign's lists from the manual dial screen.

mattf 97b9e5883e Added several agent translations(Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese, Slovak, Danish) and updated the Spanish and Dutch dictionaries. 
Fixed missing QXZ phrases in vicidial.php and conf_exten_check.php
