mattf fd49dd9af6 Added option for ip_relay in install.pl and keepalive script(and in astguiclient.conf) to be used for blind monitoring of agents. 
Also, updated conf file generation utility in install.pl and the default conf file examples with the new blind monitoring settings and reduced-complexity multi-server extens

mikec 994a5c390a Changed all instances of waitfor('/0\n$/') to waitfor('/[01]\n$/') in all perl scripts that login to the Asterisk manager interface. This allows the scripts to connect to the 1.1 manager interface in Asterisk 1.6.

mattf ffcb43af71 added gender to vicidial.php. It was alredy passing as a hidden field this change allows the value to be changed. Shows up as gender_list field in the display as a select list.
