mattf 03a5a4e49a Added AGENTDIRECT feature, allows calls to go to logged-in VICIDIAL agents in their own queue without having to create a separate in-group for each agent. You can transfer calls to this using DIDs or VICIDIAL agents using transfer/conf with the destination user ID in the number-to-dial field and the AGENTDIRECT set as the transfer group.

mikec 2f4f465c39 OpenSuSE install scripts have too many errors and we are working on better ones. 
In the process of changing sip-silence to quicksilence as it works with more than just sip.
Created quicksilence in multiple formats to avoid transcoding it.

mattf 46216e408f reworking of vicidial_agent_log to allow for different pause code sessions without taking a call in between. 
fixed error when vicidial_auto_calls record is deleted while in a transfer to an agent(caused by hangup)
