mattf 87687bc387 Changed all reports and admin screens to use one of two header templates 
Added Calls Export Utility allowing exporting of call and lead data by defining the following parameters: date range, campaigns, in-groups, statuses, lists and user groups. A flat tab-delimited text file is exported

mattf b2d79cddab Changed numerous files to give VICIDIAL the ability to quickly update conf files(And reload Asterisk) depending on settings in the VICIDIAL admin interface. For more information please look at the ASTERISK_CONF-GEN.txt file.

mattf 441ca0f77a Added options to disable incomplete QC functionality and to hide outbound list dialing features in the admin interface. 
Added patch for compatibility with Asterisk 1.4 and the Sangoma paraXip CPD (Call Progress Detection) software, as well as VICIDIAL options and programming to allow it to work with CPD

mattf 03a5a4e49a Added AGENTDIRECT feature, allows calls to go to logged-in VICIDIAL agents in their own queue without having to create a separate in-group for each agent. You can transfer calls to this using DIDs or VICIDIAL agents using transfer/conf with the destination user ID in the number-to-dial field and the AGENTDIRECT set as the transfer group.

mattf af2d33c881 added campaign option to allow for restriction of manual dialing to only the leads within the lists for the active campaigns 
added option (for IE users only) to copy a field to the agent computer's clipboard upon a call being sent to an agent
added new method for alternate number dialing, allowing over 65,000 alternate numbers per lead. Leads must be loaded using the CLI lead loader

mattf a7cef459d6 added last_local_call_time field to vicidial_list table. This change affected many scripts from the hopper loaders to the lead loaders to the vdc_db_query.php agent-side script. A script was created to populate this field from the logs: VICIDIAL_last_local_call_time_UPDATE.pl

mattf b7b9dfcdcf Added agi-VDAD_inbound_calltime_check.agi script which gives the ability to have inbound IVR calls(before they have gotten to an in-group[queue]) to be in the vicidial_auto_calls table under the IVR status. Also gives the ability to use a calltime scheme for calls not yet in an in-group 
Changes to AST_VDauto_dial.pl and FastAGI_log.pl scripts to accomodate the new IVR status in the vicidial_auto_calls table.
Added a doc(Inbound_VDAC_IVR.txt) to explain this feature and give an example
